Dear Scarlet S supporters,

Thank you very much for your support of the Scarlet S, Shelby High School’s yearbook. The Scarlet S is designed and constructed by juniors and seniors in a yearbook class as an English elective. The cost of producing the book is shared by the student and adult customers, you the advertisers, grant funding, and other fundraising projects.

Unfortunately, the cost of producing a book has soared over the past few years. We have raised book prices several times and added a major fund raiser, but we still are having difficulty covering our costs for a quality book. However, the rates from last year, will be the same for this year! The students recognize that Shelby business owners are asked to contribute to many school-related causes every year, but we hope you can continue to be part of the Shelby yearbook. A yearbook is truly a historical book kept by many graduates for a number of years. We hope you will continue to not only support us and our work, but be a part of that history.
